Neda Kikhia
Neda is a passionate Colorado local dedicated to community engagement and its potential to drive sustainable change. With a diverse background spanning youth leadership programs, higher education, and training and facilitation, she brings a wealth of experience to her work. Trained in Community Organizing and Sustained Dialogue, Neda actively seeks opportunities to elevate voices and stories that inspire action.

Grace Bennett-Pierre
Grace Bennett-Pierre, Ph.D., is a CIRES Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Education, Engagement and Evaluation (CEEE) and NOAA’s Science on a Sphere (SOS). She completed a doctorate in Developmental Psychology with a Quantitative Concentration at Temple University and a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College. She has previously studied how caregivers’ beliefs and behavior shape children’s challenge-seeking, and how non-rigid spatial skills support STEM and arts learning, with a particular focus on gendered spatial experiences.
