Kai-Lan Chang
Dr. Chang is a statistician who develops advanced statistical methods to conduct air quality research. His primary focus is on polar orbiting and geostationary satellite products for air quality research; the impact of weather, climate and wildfires on air quality; trends in U.S. and global air quality; and the global tropospheric ozone budget and trends.

Rebecca Washenfelder
I currently serve as the Executive Editor of Atmospheric Measurement Techniques and am a Research Affiliate at the University of Colorado with Joost de Gouw.
I earned my PhD from Caltech, where I designed and constructed the first observatory in the Total Carbon Coumn Observing Network to measure CO2, CH4, N2O, CO, and H2O.
